JOHN LANDIS

Founder and Chairman

John Landis has more than 40 years of credit union software development experience as the principal architect, including Keystone, of three major credit union data processing platforms—one introduced in the late 1970s, another in the mid-1980s. All are still being sold today. To many, John is an industry icon. John’s commitment to investing his vast experience and talent in his third system, KeyStone, is great news for credit unions.

 “The technology needs of credit unions have changed dramatically,” he says. “I wanted to craft a brand-new product for our industry using that technology. It was an irresistible challenge.”

THERESA BENAVIDEZ

Theresa Benavidez has spent her entire career working directly with clients in the credit union industry. Her primary focus has always been in the areas of client service and product deployment to ensure the success of conversions, system upgrades, and client support. Beyond her experience, what sets Theresa apart is her ability to do so with an ever-present cheerfulness, flexibility, and determination to get the job done right.

“Supporting our clients will always be our highest priority because they depend on us to be there for them as well as for their members,” she says. “As we deliver quality software solutions, our actions must constantly reinforce the value we place on our client relationships.”

JEFF DENT

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Dent is a technology veteran with almost two decades of experience in credit union software development. He gained extensive experience enhancing credit union cores by designing custom solutions and user interfaces for credit unions nationwide. Jeff uses his intricate knowledge of leading technology trends, software development, and security to guide the company’s overall technological direction as well as manage the day-to-day software development.

“My goal is to look beyond today’s challenges to how we can align ourselves with where technology is heading. That way, we will position our clients to continue be competitive with evolving technology changes and ensure KeyStone continues to be an industry leader.”

Chief Financial Officer

Hal Barnabas’s extensive leadership experience includes over ten years in a CFO role with software development and technology providers of core processing, automated loan origination, and integrated business intelligence solutions for financial institutions across the United States and Canada. Together with the Chairman and President, he shares responsibility for Corelation’s strategic direction and financial management. Hal provides leadership for the Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Risk Management, and Information Technology teams.

Rob Landis has spent almost a decade fostering vibrant relationships with our clients. His passion for service and his client advocacy have made a tremendous impact on our organization. Rob oversees both day-to-day client support as well as long-term strategic partnerships across the industry.

BRUCE CORMODE

It has been almost 40 years since Bruce Cormode began his career in the credit union industry. He gained a successful background in addressing the needs of members and clients by holding various management positions both within credit unions and in a senior management role with a local credit union core processor. In addition to directing the HR and Administrative functions at Corelation, Bruce builds, maintains, and strengthens relationships with our many third-party providers that offer unique services and products to our valued clients.

TIM MARON

Tim Maron has worked in the credit union industry since the late 1980s. His experience in Project Management as well as Account Management gave him opportunities to work with a diverse group of clients, building many long-term relationships in the process. Tim’s role at Corelation is focused on serving as the strategic consultant and advocate for our valued clients, all while broadening and deepening relationships across our client base.

CINDY LAFAVE

Director of Conversion and Education Services

Cindy LaFave began her credit union career over two decades ago. Her experience managing multiple areas of the credit union business as well as performing an executive role at a large credit union gives her insight into the front office, back office, and organization as a whole. Cindy’s experience launching and managing many different products and services, all while maintaining best practices in security and compliance, has given her an exceptional ability to direct the entire process of installing KeyStone.
